1. What got you started in website design?
   
   "As a profession I am a senior developer and I always wished to have my own web site."
   
   
   
   
   
2. What do you hope to accomplish with your award program?
   
   "I am always ready to help other webmasters, and also willing to learn from other web sites during my reviews."
   
   
3. What advice would you give other program owners?
   
   "This is not a game, or a means of advertising. Always review a site with responsibility and with honor."
   
   
4. What was the biggest problem you faced with your award program?
   
   "Putting reasonable criteria to cater both for amateur and professional web sites."
   
   
5. If you had to do it all over again, what would you do differently?
   
   "Nothing J I have asked and received help from a lot of Award Program Owners. Thanks to all."
   
   
6. What plans do you have for the future?
   
   "I like to live my life day by day. If I have something to do in mind, I just do it, so my future is my present."
   
   
7. What else do you like to do?
   
   "My site is dedicated for charity. I am looking for webmasters to join my Mission Aids program. Making charity is rewarding! You are welcome to join."
