Purpose:
From my own experience I know what a painstaking work a homepage design is, and how much love, time, patience and creativity must be stuck in ones own web-project. To tribute exceptionally beautiful websites, the Champ Award program was founded. The presentation of my awards and the exhibition of the winning sides in the Hall of Fame is my bow before the hard work of the Webmasters.

Initial rating on: September 18, 2005
Last change on: September 18, 2005
Purpose:
Above all else, our award program is meant to be fun and to introduce other websites to you. It is to recognize that a good site requires dedication, time, and a lot of hard work. It is for webmasters to know that there are people out there who appreciate your contribution to make the web a safer, better place to surf. Last but not least, it is to applaud all efforts the webmasters have gone to, to bring these sites to "life" and reminding us that there is good in this world of ours. Any site that gives us an emotional reaction, whether it is to laugh, cry, frown or just smile means that webmaster has done his/her job.
