UWSAG Ultimate Awards

Welcome to the UWSAG Ultimate Awards Program.  This is a new concept award we would like to offer in special recognition of award seekers who apply to UWSAG rated award programs.  We appreciate your loyalty to UWSAG and would like to honor you with a token of achievement.  These awards are earned, and offered in 7 levels that we feel deserve recognition.

The first level of achievement is the UWSAG Ultimate "Distinctive 25" award, and can be earned in three levels:  Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

Our next level of achievement is the UWSAG Ultimate "Supreme 50" award, and can be earned in three levels: Gold, Silver, and Bronze.

UWSAG's highest honor is the "UWSAG Ultimate 100" award and is not based on gold silver or bronze, but a collection of 100 or more awards total.

So how does this program work?

In each level of award we offer, you can earn any level award from a UWSAG rated award program and it will count towards a UWSAG Ultimate award.  The only thing is you must earn 25 for that same level.  Example:  Win 25 bronze awards and earn the UWSAG "Distinctive Bronze 25 award".  However, you do not have to earn these UWSAG Ultimate awards in order.  You can qualify for a "Distinctive Silver award" before earning a bronze.  In the UWSAG Ultimate Supreme 50, the rules are the same but the number of awards to be earned in this level is 50.  In the case where an award is listed as "excellence, best of the best, diamond, platinum" or highest equivalent, this will be counted towards a gold award level.  A one level award program will be counted as a gold. 

Our highest level is the "UWSAG Ultimate 100" award.  This is a very special award that will be issued to anyone who earns a total of 100 awards from the UWSAG rated award programs.

A few rules to consider

You are required to be a current UWSAG member, rated member with an awards program, nominee, or associated with UWSAG.

You need to provide a current listing of the UWSAG awards you have won and include the award program title and level earned.  Upgrades are also counted, so you can use them towards the next level.

All awards won from UWSAG rated programs need to be in a list format, a chart, or an exclusive UWSAG display gallery for inspection.  We will not sort through a mixed indice listing or display due to the considerable time involved to complete such a task where numerous awards have been won. 

We ask you to provide us with a current link to your awards section where this information can be found.  Any submission to UWSAG with your information will be checked so we expect you to be honest.

In the event you have won multiple awards from an award program that does not fit into a classic tiered format, UWSAG officials reserve the right to make a ruling on an individual case basis. 

Honorary awards issued by the same award program in addition to winning a standard tiered award, will not be counted.  Examples: "Friendship, Touching site, Loved Your Site, or similiar accolades".  Only the standard award will be credited. 

It is your responsibility to send an email requesting to participate in UWSAG's Ultimate Awards.   We will not automatically include you or track your progress for you.

From the date you apply, we will look to see how many current UWSAG rated programs are qualified towards your count.  Once you have earned a UWSAG award, we expect you to keep track of any new awards you win from UWSAG rated awards program.  This will go towards your next evel Ultimate award.

To be sure that this program remains current, we only consider the 'awards won' total from our current Hall of Awards listing.   We will compare your awards won list with our current listing. (However previously counted awards by an official maintain their validity in the counts even if the AP is closed or no longer member of UWSAG).

The annual UWSAG Top10-awards in gold, silver or bronze count as 10 awards in that level and should be included in the table under level 6.0.

When to Apply

When you have reached the first UWSAG Ultimate Award level with 25 awards in any level (gold, silver, bronze) please send us an email and we will review your credits.  We will not keep a points system for you as you work towards a UWSAG award, that is your responsibility.  We will visit your site once you have 25 or even 50 awards won that qualify and you have sent in an email asking for us to review your credits.

What do I need to win?

Each award is offered in Gold, Silver, and Bronze.  The Distinctive level requires 25 and the Supreme requires 50 awards won.

UWSAG Distinctive Gold requires 25 gold awards won.

UWSAG Distinctive Silver requires 25 silver awards won.

UWSAG Distinctive Bronze requires 25 bronze awards won.

UWSAG Supreme Gold requires 50 gold awards won.

UWSAG Supreme Silver requires 50 silver awards won.

UWSAG Supreme Bronze requires 50 bronze awards won.

UWSAG Ultimate 100 Award requires 100 total awards won. (including merit awards)
